Farmer Listening Session: Taking a Whole System Approach to Historic Funding Opportunities at Delaware Ag Week. January 11 at 7:30 a.m. How can conservation partners best support the agricultural community to take advantage of historic funding to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve water quality? In this listening session for Delmarva Farmers, DLLC will present examples of water quality improvement initiatives from across the country, and get feedback on if and how these novel approaches might be applied successfully in our region. Our goal is to use this feedback to develop funding proposals based on the expressed needs and concerns of the agricultural community, and to guide the efforts of conservation partners towards effective solutions.
